The Heartland District is making a significant contribution to the growth of Unitarian Universalism. You can help by becoming a Chalice Lighter. Please print out the pledge form below and mail to the District office at the address shown.
Online Payments: The Heartland District office and the Extension Committee administering the Chalice Lighters Program are committed to granting no less than 97% of all Chalice Lighters donations to deserving congregations. Budget constraints and the cost of administering the Chalice Lighters Program has dictated we retain 3% of contributions to cover District expenses. In order to keep our administrative costs to no more than 3%, we have chosen not to offer online donations via credit card. Our credit card vendor retains 3% of every donation as their fee; thus, reducing yet further the amount available for grants.
Your donations are important, so we'll make every effort to make this option available again.
