WHEN TO CALL YOUR DISTRICT OFFICE
Your district office and staff are here to be your "first call for help" in any matter related to being a healthy, growing Unitarian Universalist congregation.
When you think your Board and lay leadership would benefit by having a district consultant facilitate a strategic planning session, a board orientation session, or a religious education training.
When you want to know more about hospitality and welcoming visitors.
When your religious education program needs some visioning work.
When your minister announces that she/he is leaving.
When the congregation is anticipating some major change.
When your congregation is growing, your board meetings are four hours long, and people are burning out.
When your congregation is considering starting a campus ministry outreach.
When your congregation needs some help in setting up a Personnel Committee.
When you want some help with ideas on how to run the annual stewardship campaign.
When your youth advisors need training.
When anxiety is rising, call immediately for mentoring and resources.
