Un-Sanctioned (US): Which means that the event hasn't been sanctioned by the DYSC, and the DYSC has nothing to do with the con. Usually this means that the church is responsible for the planning of the Con, check with the organizers of the con for more information.

Tentative (T): Which means that the event is being planned, but the location hasn't been secured, and or the DYSC has not sanctioned this event.
-
Site Approved (SA): Which means that the event has been confirmed with the site that it will be hosted at, however the DYSC has not yet sanctioned this event.
-
Sanctioned (S): Which is the highest status, and means that the DYSC has approved of this event, and the location for the event has been secured.

Meeting (M): Which is a separate status, as meetings do not need to go through a formal process to be sanctioned, however they have the support of the DYSC.
