• Tentative: Which means that the event is being planned, but the location hasn't been secured, and or the DYSC has not sanctioned this event.
• Site Approved: Which means that the event has been confirmed with the site that it will be hosted at, however the DYSC has not yet sanctioned this event.
• Sanctioned: Which is the highest status, and means that the DYSC has approved of this event, and the location for the event has been secured.
• Meeting: Which is a separate status, as meetings do not need to go through a formal process to be sanctioned, however they have the support of the DYSC.
• Continental: Which is kind of self explainatory, it means that it's something that's happening for the whole of the YRUU communitity.
